▿ Martha Vera, LLM, MS
Martha Vera holds an Master's degree in International Law and Foreign Affairs from Instituto Superior de Derechos y Economia in Madrid, Spain, a Master's in Cell Biology and a Bachelor's in Biology/Chemistry from UTEP. She is a certified Arbitrator for the State of Texas. She has extensive experience in Business Development, Marketing, and Sales. She is currently the Honorary Consul of Spain in El Paso and President of the We The Hispanos. She sits as an Advisory Board for Instituto Cervantes, International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) and Sociedad Cultural de España.
▿ Robert W. Vera, M.D.
Dr. Robert W. Vera is a retired Chief of Gynecology at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in El Paso. He has developed numerous health and teaching programs at Texas Tech and currently works at San Vicente Clinic. He is also the Medical Laboratory Director for Grifols.
